@BettyBoo Yeah, retrieval is definitely the hardest part, especially as I get older. I wonder if it would be helpful to get the retrieval and construction exercises relatively more often as we master a caption more.

@KateP Yeah, because I have a challenge trying to write in Spanish, even though I can read and hear and understand it, mostly. I hesitate to try to write it, that takes a lot of thought power. I know the Revo exercise makes you do that for a few sentences. It would probably be a very hard exercise, to try to translate a paragraph from English to Spanish.

@BettyBoo Yeah, but then it come back cold in Strategic Review and you really have the challenge!

@BettyBoo That's a neat idea! It might be kind of fun to have an exercise like that at the end of a the whole video group (after the 10 or whatever sets). Sort of something that would tie it all together.

I'd like to see a block, a paragraph, of Spanish that I have to translate. Without any hints, or beforehand viewing.

Oh, I see they added "Watched". I always watch the clip first, sometimes twice. Then I go to Review, then to Scribe, then to Revo. It kind of feels like cheating, because by the time I get to Revo I've already seen the material many ways.

@BettyBoo My favorite part about the Fermín/Manuel vídeo's is that they are always so respectful of each other and never try to speak at the same time.

@BettyBoo I think Fermín had to get creative during lockdown :) Love his videos and that was edited wonderfully.

@bodell I have a question for you. Did you use to play the piano?

Does Fermin have a twin, or is that also Fermin?
