Te presentamos a Rubén Blades, una superestrella de la salsa. Él ayudó a mezclar los ritmos cubanos y caribeños con el jazz en la ciudad de Nueva York durante los años cincuenta. Blades (o Rubencito, como le dicen sus amigos) fue el compositor de algunos de los temas que hoy son clásicos de la salsa como género. Pero eso no es todo. Blades ha sido un hombre inquieto y eso lo ha llevado a incursionar en ámbitos muy diversos, desde participar como actor en la película Depredador 2 hasta postularse como candidato a la presidencia de Panamá.Cuando este video de Calle 13 se filmó, Rubén Blades era el secretario de turismo de Panama.
