Los costeños, o sea, los de la costa, son usualmente descriptos como festivos, ruidosos y como gente colorida que realmente adora matar el tiempo. Los cachacos son las personas de Bogotá, y se caracterizan por su elegancia; siempre están bien vestidos y en control de sus emociones. Un grupo es visto como holgazanes, el otro como aburridos. Dejando de lado las diferencias regionales, Bomba Estéreo es una fresca mezcla musical de ambas regiones.
