Parecer means "to seem," and when used with indirect object pronouns (me, te, etc.), can be used to express an opinion. When El Aula Azul's Ioia asks, "Cristián, ¿qué te parece San Sebastián?" a translation might be, "Cristian, how does San Sebastian seem to you?"
