When an unexpected tragedy occurs, the best friend of the victim's ex-girlfriend appears on the radio talk show, "Tu Voz Estéreo" [Your Stereo Voice], to give her perspective about what lead up to the unfortunate event.

On the popular Colombian TV program, Tu Voz Estéreo, Sebastián's girlfriend's best friend, Paola, offers some insight into the state of mind of his doting mother, Doris, who refuses to accept her deceased son's fate.

Due to his mother Doris' extremely overprotective nature, Sebastián opts to plan a trip with his girlfriend without telling her. However, when he carelessly leaves them in plain view, Doris spies their tickets.

Sebastián's girlfriend, Mariana, is ready to set off for the trip they have planned. However, it's almost time to go, and her normally punctual boyfriend is nowhere to be found.

The plane is about to leave and her boyfriend, Sebastián, still hasn't arrived, causing Mariana to worry that something has happened to him.

Desperate for answers, Mariana decides to go to Sebastián's house to look for him personally, thinking he may have changed his mind about eloping with her and never imagining the awful truth.

When Mariana gets stood up by her boyfriend, with whom she was planning to elope, she becomes worried about him and arrives at his home with her friend, Paola, to try find out what possibly could have happened.

Paola has called the radio show "Tu Voz Estéreo" [Your Stereo Voice] for assistance with her friend Mariana's potentially precarious situation inside her boyfriend's crazy mother's house, and the hosts arrive in no time to help out.

The team from the "Tu Voz Estéreo" [Your Stereo Voice] radio show has finally arrived to help Paola figure out what has happened to her friend Mariana inside the home of her boyfriend and his crazy mother. However, no one can imagine the horrors that Mariana is enduring.

Suspecting that her friend Mariana is in danger at the hand's of her boyfriend's mother inside their home, Paola wants to enter as soon as possible to find out what's going on. However, the help she has enlisted from the hosts of the radio show Tu Voz Estéreo [Your Stereo Voice] inform her that they must obtain authorization from the police in order to enter the home.

When the police finally arrive, a hysterical Paola implores them to enter the home of Doris and her son Sebastián as soon as possible to find out what has happened to her best friend Mariana.

Doris discovers that the police are outside her home and attempts to flee with her son.
