Felipe begins to recount on the radio the story of his neighbor, Tobias, who had a strange and mysterious air about him and who all of the neighborhood avoided and feared.

Felipe and Lucia are determined to fix the damp patch that could be coming from their crotchety old neighbor's home. But will he finally come to the door?

In order to put up their Christmas tree, Felipe and his mother must fix their home's damp patch, which seems to be coming from their neighbor's house. However, when the neighbor refuses to let them in to check, Felipe's girlfriend, Lucia, concocts a scheme that could help them gain entry.
