People. People. People. We usually love them and that’s why we talk with them. People from Puerto Rico, people from Ecuador. It doesn’t matter if they are bleeding or in love. We just can’t stop talking to people!

A fruit store in Mexico is not just a fruit store—as you can see. These friendly people also have chicks! But don’t think they’re for sale. They’re only given as gifts to the most loyal customers!

Let’s keep learning the Chilango slang. Ciudad de México, also knows as El Distrito or el D.F. is home to around 21 million people. Of course, they have to set themselves apart from people coming from other cities, and that’s why they created their own words, their own expressions. We went to share and learn with this nice construction crew, all of them very proud of being Chilangos.

These friendly and animated guys are hardworking chilangos. That’s how people from Mexico City are known around Mexico. Let’s share a bus ride with them and learn some slang about workers and working in and around Chilangolandia.

What’s for lunch today? That’s one of our favorite questions and since we’re in Mexico, Marina give us some great answers. In Latin America people look for a calm, fresh place where they can enjoy el almuerzo del día, the special lunch of the day, or pedir de la carta, to order from the menu. It’s a perfect time for sitting back and taking a break from your work day.

Collecting, restoring and “souping up” Volkswagens is a passion shared by Latin Americans from Baja to Buenos Aires. They love the mechanics and the mechanical lingo. But what’s as clear as the Adicora sky, is that what keeps them united is not pipes and motors but friendship.

One nice morning we found these friendly guys running around Panama while training to participate in different US marathons. One of them is the manager of a professional soccer team. These friends are great proof of how exercise keeps us in good shape and great spirits throughout our lives.

If you’re going to be stuck in a bit of traffic on a tour, Lima’s famous Plaza de Armas is a great place to be. There’s so much to see: The presidential palace, a 16th century cathedral and more. Ulises takes us to the Rimac area of Lima. Rimac means que habla (“that could speak”) in Quechua, a telling name for this telling ride!

Our friends from Spain keep sharing their rutina diaria with us, and we can see one thing that’s really important to them: food. They eat all the time! Maybe that’s why they look so happy!
